Just updating my post here, nothing much happening with my life right now, just always at home, taking care of my babies and be with my family full time. I've been trying to look for a job though because we need more money in order for us to survive leaving here in the US. I keep trying to find a job right now, but its not easy to have one. I hope one day I can find the right job for me and I can find a nice place to work with.
I've been spending most of my time at home, but not much time updating with my blog for everyday because most of my time is with my babies.. hahahahaha.. Also the happening is always the same for everyday....hehehhe..

Researchers followed more than 88,000 healthy women for almost 25 years. They examined their food choices and looked at how many had heart attacks and strokes. Those who fared best had eating habits similar to those recommended by the government to stop high blood pressure.
The plan called DASH diet, favors fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat milk and plant-based protein over meat. About 15,000 women in the study had diets that closely resembled the low blood pressure diet, they ate about twice as many fruits, vegetables and grains as the estimated 18,000 women whose diets more closely resembled typical american eating habits.
It's nice to see research that really is aimed at helping people with prevention in a very pratical way, Svetkey said, she noted that the DASH diet, which stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, is available free on the National Institutes of Health Website, the study was funded with NIH grants! Hubby and Matthew are doing evening shopping tonight, they are in wal-mart right now, buy some more groceries that we need. Also hubby will picked up his medicine in CVS Pharmacy, he is out of medicine too. Matthew likes to go with his Dada and also Hubby likes to take him to shopping because he behave very good, he really enjoy shopping with Hubby because everytime he came home he have a new toys again.. hahahahaha..
Everytime his Dada is not around, he keep asking me where is his Dada, he wants to know what his Dada doing because if his Dada going to picked up some thing, his Dada always take him.. hehehehe.. The Father and son bonding is coming back like before. I'm glad that he really love to be with his Dada now and I feel happy that everything back to normal again.... hahahahha...

We celebrate Hubby's Birthday last night April 6, we have only cake for him and only of us, no visitors, we just celebrate it by family. Hubby and I drink wine together, I got almost drunk last night with that wine. That's the first time I drink too much alcohol, wow I got a little feeling of drunk last night but it lasted only for hours then its gone, I guess the wine we drink is not so strong.
Hubby got headache in the last bottle of that we drink, we finish two bottle of wine last night and pina colada, hubby said there is a little bit alcohol of on that one too. Everytime hubby take alcohol he got headache, that's why hubby doesnt drink alcohol, only last night because his birthday and I'm kinda feel like drinking also so we drink together until we got sleepy and sleep!
...hahahahha..

Matthew and Dada has having fun watching planes on the youtube.com, Hubby bring Matthew in his office to show Matthew different kind of airplane in the youtube and Matthew loves it. They been doing it for four hours, I guess both of them are enjoying each other company while watching airplanes and Hubby showing Matthew different kind of engines of the planes. I guess Matthew is likes to be in his Dada because when his Dada brings him outside, Matthew still coming back to his office to watch more .
He don't want to go out from the office room of his Dada anymore.... hehehehe.... he just want to stay there and watch airplanes.... hahahaha.. silly guy.... I tell hubby to watch for more until he got satisfied and got over it.... hahahaha.. I am right Matthew was contented after that and sleeping in his Daddy's lap!.... hehehhehe.... I guess he got enough of watching!

Matthew loves chocolates, that's his most favorite, everytime I give him chocolates, he wanting for more, he is not contented to have 2 pieces or 4, he likes for more and more but I'm afraid to give him a lot each day because chocolates is so sweet, as I've heard eating too much chocolats is not good for the body. So even, he cried wanting for more, I only give him only 2 pieces at the most 4 for each day. I put limit when it comes eating to much sweets, even he hates its, nothing he can do, that's for his own good.
Chocolates is so tempting sometimes, because even me as I started eating chocolate, I'm wanting for more and more and I can stop myself eating it..... hehehhe.... so I can't blame Matthew somtimes, because chocolate is just taste soooooooo good but now I can control myself not to it too much chocolates and even I saw it on the table, I don't mind it. I only eat once in a while and sometimes not even bothered it, it just stock right there for long that I never touch it. When it comes to Matthew he want's to have it all the time! Anyway....... when it comes to chocolates, I know everybody loves it!

Today we have visitors, early in the afternoon, they came in our house to meet us and visit here in our home. The couple, Filipina married to American like ours and also we have the same babies, boy and girl. Their girl is about 6 yrs. old and the boy is running 2 yrs, they are seems pretty nice to us and we enjoy each other company. It's been nice to meet new friends sometimes, and they are so nice couple.
I think meeting new friends is fun because you have people to talk too and ask question that they know the answer and especially if that person is already living on this country for so many years and they know some laws that you need to know and ask some things that they can give you advices what to do and getting good information from them.

I cooked fried chicken for our dinner tonight, Matthew and hubby likes it, they eat a lot of fried chicken and they eat together. Both of them have a good dinner together and enjoy eating with each other. Sometimes I hate cooking because I always burn myself or the oil splattered into my face and its really hurt and sometime makes a mark into my skin. But I don't have choice I need to cooked for them because they likes to eat especially I cooked the food than foods cooked in the microwave or oven.
In the other side I like to cooked also because whatever I cooked hubby eats it and he likes it all and he always said that I cooked good.... hehehehhhehe.... I'm glad to hear it because I work hard for it and do my best to make the food taste good.....hmmmm.... hahahahha.... I only cooked for my husband and my kids back in the Philippines I never cooked there, only here and only for them.... hahahahahha....
